To Book:
- STEP 1. Read below about the various activities for which the studio can be used.
- STEP 2. Check the calendar below to see if the studio is available at your required times.
- STEP 3. Use the automated booking system at the bottom to rent the studio or email us at studiobeemcr@gmail.com. When using the automated booking system, please make sure you choose the option which accurately describes what you intend to use the studio for.
- Dance. Rent the studio to host your dance class (with 4 or more people) or private practice (with 3 or fewer people). The time slots are 30 minutes—for example, book 2 slots for a 1-hour session. A 15% discount is applied for 3 or more slots.
We have two rates:
A cheaper rate from 6 am – 6:30 pm Mondays – Fridays, and 6 am – 10 am on Saturdays and Sundays.
The normal rate is from 6:30 pm – 12 am, Mondays – Thursdays, 6:30 pm – 3 am on Fridays, 10 am – 3 am on Saturdays and 10 am – 12 am on Sundays. - Photography. Rent the studio in 4 or 8-hour sessions. Please let us know which colour backdrop you would like to start with using the notes box on the final page of the booking system.
The time slots start at 9 am. However, if you want to change this start time, please check there are no conflicting bookings in the calendar and indicate your preferred start time in the notes box.

- Party. The studio can be booked for a private party with up to 90 guests. We do not allow 18th birthday parties. Friday and Saturday nights are available up until 3 am. Please email us at studiobeemcr@gmail.com to book a party.
- Workshops and auditions. Please email us at studiobeemcr@gmail.com.
- Hours Available to Rent: Sunday thru Thursday – 6:00 am-12:00 am | Friday & Saturday – 6:00 am-3:00 am.
